·         CAA licensed with Avionics type ratings.
·         Experience in carrying out electrical installations and refits, post installation testing and troubleshooting
·         Experience in carrying out Avionic/Electrical/Instrument testing and calibration.
·         A understanding of general electronics principles with familiarity with Aerospace Electrical/Avionic installation.
·         In depth knowledge of wiring and soldering techniques, with the ability to use a variety of crimping tools.
·         Able to understand and interpret wiring and schematic drawings.
·         Willingness to learn new tasks and to operate a variety of Avionic and Instrument test equipment.
·         Computer literate and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office packages.
·         Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with the ability to liaise with personnel in a manner conducive to good working relationships.
·         Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, without compromising safety and quality of workmanship.
·         To be well organised and have a methodical approach, with the ability to interpret and respond appropriately to verbal instruction and follow company procedures.
·         Adaptable and flexible to meet changing demands with an ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Other Work Related Requirements
On occasions it may be necessary to work extra hours to meet deadlines, it is anticipated that the post holder would have the flexibility to be able to vary their hours to the needs and requirements of the company.
